I was first introduced to Maya and Jason through my brother who worked with them about 8 years ago. Based on his great reference, we worked with them to sell my aunt’s home in Menlo Park. Maya stated clearly that they were a ‘full service’ realtor and they really meant it!!! Living in Los Angeles, it would have been very difficult for me to organize all the cleaning and moving that was needed to get the home ready for sale. Maya handled everything and it went so smoothly! She helped us find an excellent packer and mover (who we still use from time to time); arranged for a reputable Estate dealer to sell select pieces; helped us coordinate with a church group who came to take what they wanted; and supervised cleaners to clean out the rest and leave the place spotless. She then got several competing bids and sold the home for above asking price in about a week! We were so pleased that we worked with Maya and Jason again to sell my mother’s home a few years later in Los Altos. Maya worked her same magic as she did for my aunt’s home. In addition to the full-service we enjoyed before, Maya and Jason facilitated needed appliance upgrades, landscaping and drainage repairs. This home had some design challenges, so they also staged my mother’s home in a very effective and affordable way, and had concept plans developed for an additional bathroom and closet to show buyers what was possible with the property. They sold our home in a few weeks, and for more than we thought we’d get! Both Maya and Jason are knowledgeable, experienced, organized, principled at all they do, and very clear in communicating the fine points of buying and selling property. Moreover, they are great listeners, are dedicated to their clients, and are a joy to work with.
